We are seeking a Production & Deliveries Administrator to join our client, a joinery manufacturer based in Co. Tyrone. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will coordinate and manage key administrative tasks that support both production and logistics functions, helping to ensure orders are scheduled correctly, documentation is accurate, and deliveries are executed efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and organise documentation required for dispatch, including packing lists, delivery notes, and shipping labels.
- Arrange transportation by coordinating with in-house drivers and third-party couriers to meet delivery timelines.
- Communicate with production supervisors and team leads to track progress and manage workload priorities.
- Provide customers with updates on delivery status and schedules when needed.
- Keep accurate records of finished jobs and completed deliveries.
- Input and maintain data related to production performance and delivery metrics.
- Handle and resolve any delivery-related issues or customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Provide general administrative support across production and logistics teams as required.
Requirements:
- Proven administrative experience within a production, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
- Delivery scheduling or production planning systems experience is advantageous.
