Role Overview As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to support the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
You will help lead the team, prepare and cook fresh food to a high standard, and ensure smooth service in a high-pressure environment.
This role is ideal for an experienced chef looking to develop their leadership skills.
