About the Role
They’re now looking to bring in a mid-level Full Stack Developer who’s ready to take real ownership of systems and play a key role in shaping their digital products.
Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of existing PHP / Laravel applications — updates, optimisation, and ongoing improvements
- Developing new features and internal tools (with a strong focus on FilamentPHP)
- Working across the full stack — MySQL, front-end UI (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Troubleshooting issues and implementing long-term, scalable fixes
- Collaborating with non-technical teams and contributing to wider project delivery
Qualifications
Essential:
- Strong commercial experience with PHP (8+) and Laravel
- Solid front-end skills (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript)
- Experience with MySQL (design & optimisation)
- Comfortable using Git
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Nice to Have:
- Experience with FilamentPHP
- Exposure to the TALL stack (Tailwind, Alpine.js, Livewire)
- Basic understanding of Linux / deployment / CI/CD processes
