What You'll Be Doing
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the wider team
- Preparing correspondence, reports, presentations and business documentation
- Managing electronic filing systems and maintaining accurate records
- Handling client enquiries and communications professionally and efficiently
- Coordinating diaries, scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Supporting document management, compliance processes and internal administration
- Assisting with invoicing, billing and general office administration
- Liaising confidently with clients, suppliers and internal departments
- Managing multiple priorities while ensuring deadlines are consistently met
- Providing additional administrative support across the business as required
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within an Administration, Office Support, Business Support or Customer Service role
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise a busy workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook and Excel
- A proactive, positive and professional approach to work
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships
- Experience within a professional services environment would be advantageous but is not essential
