SEO Specialist – Hybrid Falmouth – Permanent
Salary: £35000 – £37000
Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week in our Cornwall office

We’re working with a boutique digital agency specialising in SEO, Paid Media, Email and Social campaigns for eCommerce, D2C and B2B brands across the UK and beyond. With a reputation for high-impact, effective marketing and a close-knit team of experts, Our client is looking to grow their SEO department with a passionate and proactive specialist.

As the SEO Specialist, you’ll lead and deliver client SEO campaigns, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure websites are optimised to the latest technical and content standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

SEO Campaign Management – Plan, implement and optimise SEO strategies across multiple client websites
Audits & Analysis – Conduct technical audits, competitor analysis, and identify areas for improvement
On-Page & Off-Page SEO – Drive results through smart, up-to-date optimisation and link-building strategies
Client Collaboration – Liaise closely with Account Managers, respond to queries and deliver SEO training sessions
Reporting & Insights – Provide clear reports and forecasts with actionable recommendations
Industry Trends – Stay on top of search algorithm updates and emerging SEO techniques

What We’re Looking For:

A confident and organised SEO professional with strong experience in delivering successful campaigns
Proven ability to conduct technical SEO audits and implement on-page optimisation
Excellent communication skills – able to explain SEO to clients in a clear and engaging way
Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog (preferred)
Agency experience (strongly desired) and a collaborative, proactive approach
