What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading and developing strong client relationships across a varied portfolio
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, providing tax, accounting, and commercial guidance
  • Reviewing working papers, accounts, and tax compliance
  • Monitoring budgets, time allocations, and project costs
  • Resolving technical accounting and tax queries
  • Ensuring compliance with internal standards and quality frameworks
  • Identifying opportunities to add further value for clients
  • Discussing key findings with senior leadership
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members, helping shape their professional development

What We’re Looking For:

  • ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) OR qualified by experience
  • Experience managing your own portfolio and supporting senior stakeholders
  • Strong technical expertise in accounts preparation and tax compliance
  • Proven background supervising, coaching, or developing accounts teams
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage your time effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport quickly
  • A collaborative approach and passion for delivering high-quality client service
