We are partnering with an established organisation seeking to strengthen its finance team with a proactive and technically strong Management Accountant. You will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles, and contributing to continuous improvement across the finance function.
What You'll Be Doing
- Producing accurate monthly management accounts and reconciliations
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting
- Providing clear financial insights to the senior management team
- Acting as a finance business partner across the organisation
- Analysing performance and productivity
- Maintaining strong financial controls and assisting with audits
- Preparing reports, presentations, and financial packs
- Improving financial processes and systems
What We're Looking For
- Experience in management accounting
- Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Confident working with non-finance managers and explaining financial information
- Excellent Excel and IT system skills
- Highly organised, able to prioritise and work to deadlines
- A positive, flexible, and solutions-focused mindset
Desirable:
- Experience implementing systems or improving financial processes
- Knowledge of procurement or stock-related activities
- Part-qualified or fully qualified CIMA / ACCA / ACA (or equivalent experience)
