Are you an experienced Administrator who has previously worked within Financial Services and looking for your next opportunity within a professional environment? Our client is seeking an organised and detail-focused administrator to support their busy financial services team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience within Financial Planning, Wealth Management, Banking, Mortgages, Insurance or another FCA-regulated environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring client administration is completed accurately, efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements. There is also the potential for this position to become permanent for the right person.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing administrative support to Financial Advisers, Paraplanners and the wider team
  • Processing new business applications and client documentation
  • Preparing suitability packs, review documentation and client correspondence
  • Maintaining accurate records across CRM and back-office systems
  • Liaising with clients, providers and third-party organisations
  • Monitoring outstanding requirements and following up on actions
  • Supporting client onboarding and ongoing servicing activities
  • Ensuring all documentation is compliant with FCA and company regulatory standards
  • Managing confidential client information with professionalism and discretion
  • Assisting with general administration and business support duties as required

What We're Looking For

  • Previous administration experience within Financial Services, Financial Planning, Wealth Management, Mortgages, Insurance, Banking or another regulated environment
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience using CRM and financial services back-office systems
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively within a busy team environment
