Administration Officer – Newquay – Permanent

Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 + Benefits Package

Location: Newquay, Cornwall

Hours: Full time (May include up to 1 or 2 evening meetings per month)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparing agendas, meeting papers, notices and correspondence
  • Attending formal meetings, taking clear and accurate minutes
  • Maintaining action logs and ensuring timely follow-up with relevant teams
  • Formatting, proofreading and supporting the production of reports and documents
  • Maintaining statutory registers, attendance records and declarations of interest
  • Providing administrative support to senior leaders and the wider team
  • Publishing notices, updates and information across websites, noticeboards and communication channels
  • Supporting events, working groups, consultation activities and customer service cover
