What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing, mentoring, and developing a small finance team
- Overseeing all core accounting activities including bookkeeping, reconciliations, reporting, and monthâend/yearâend processes
- Ensuring strong financial controls and compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Producing accurate financial reports to support business decisionâmaking
- Partnering with internal departments to provide financial insight and operational support
- Enhancing processes, systems, and reporting frameworks
