What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing, mentoring, and developing a small finance team
  • Overseeing all core accounting activities including bookkeeping, reconciliations, reporting, and month‐end/year‐end processes
  • Ensuring strong financial controls and compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Producing accurate financial reports to support business decision‐making
  • Partnering with internal departments to provide financial insight and operational support
  • Enhancing processes, systems, and reporting frameworks
  • Maintaining a positive, professional, and collaborative finance environment

  • AAT Level 4 qualified or higher (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience managing and developing finance staff
