What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing, mentoring, and developing a small finance team
- Overseeing all core accounting activities including bookkeeping, reconciliations, reporting, and month-end/year-end processes
- Ensuring strong financial controls and compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Producing accurate financial reports to support business decision-making
- Partnering with internal departments to provide financial insight and operational support
- Enhancing processes, systems, and reporting frameworks
- Maintaining a positive, professional, and collaborative finance environment
What We’re Looking For:
- AAT Level 4 qualified or higher (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience managing and developing finance staff
