Are you passionate about using data to improve services and support better decision-making? We are looking for a talented and analytical Business Intelligence and Performance Officer to join the Communities & Homes team within a Warwickshire Local Authority, turning data into meaningful insights that drive improvement for residents.


Working across housing, assets, repairs, compliance and tenant services, you will provide high-quality business intelligence, performance analysis and reporting support to managers, senior leaders and elected members. You will develop and maintain dashboards, performance reports and automated data solutions, helping services understand performance, identify opportunities and make evidence-based decisions.


You will play a key role in ensuring accurate regulatory and statutory reporting, including supporting Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs), housing compliance reporting and assurance activities. You will also help maintain strong data quality standards, investigate data issues and work with teams to improve the accuracy and value of our information.


As a specialist in performance reporting and housing systems data, you will support the continued development of reporting solutions across systems including Civica CX, Tech Forge, Totalmobile and other corporate applications. You will work with colleagues across the organisation to improve processes, support transformation projects and maximise the value of our technology and data.


We are looking for someone with experience in business intelligence, performance management or data analysis, with strong skills in Power BI, Excel, reporting and data visualisation. You will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear insights for a range of audiences.
