What you’ll do

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll receive full training and support from day one. You’ll learn how to:

  • Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Source and attract top talent in your specialist market
  • Understand market trends and opportunities
  • Develop into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role, often within 12 months

What you’ll get

  • £26,500 starting salary
  • Uncapped commission from day one

  • Year 1 OTE: £30k
  • Year 2 OTE: £50k
  • Year 3 OTE: £90k–£130k+
