Location: Swindon 1 day a week + travel to sites in Wales and Western with hybrid working 2/3 days a week
Salary: £52,000 - £57,200 DOE + £6,300 car allowance
My client is a major civil engineering contractor with a huge presence in the infrastructure industry, and due to continued growth they are looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their team to work on a number of station upgrade and new station projects in the Wales and Western region as part of CP7. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a company that can offer you fantastic training and progression opportunities, with amazing company benefits such as a day off on your birthday, 2 days to use for voluntary work and a rolling pension scheme.

- Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management or similar
- Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on rail projects for a contractor, preferably a tier 1 (they are open to other industries such as highways or water)
- At least 3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor, or at least 5 years total experience
- Preferred to have achieved/be working towards chartership
