This is an opportunity for an experienced HVAC Site Manager to lead the mechanical delivery of a £2m+ refurbishment project at a critical rail operational facility in Swindon. The project includes the replacement of life-expired HVAC plant, roof refurbishment works, and internal modifications, all while maintaining services to a live 24/7 operational building.
You will act as the lead mechanical representative on site, managing specialist subcontractors, overseeing quality, and ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of complex HVAC installations.
