The Role We are seeking an experienced Maintenance s housing stock.
You will be responsible for inspecting properties, diagnosing defects, managing repairs, and overseeing contractors to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities Conduct pre, in-progress, post-work and void property inspections.
Diagnose building defects and identify appropriate remedial works.
Raise and manage repair orders through to completion.
Oversee contractors and monitor quality, performance and costs.
Prepare specifications, schedules of work and estimates where required.
Ensure compliance with relevant health Carry out asbestos and property-related safety inspections.
Liaise with tenants, contractors and internal stakeholders to resolve maintenance issues.
