Job Description
\\nYou'll be working on a variety of local surfacing projects, leading teams on site and making sure everything is delivered safely, on time and to the highest standard. With the support of a close-knit management team, you'll have the freedom to take ownership of your work and the satisfaction of seeing projects through from start to finish. \\nWhat you'll be doing: \\n·Leading surfacing gangs on site and taking responsibility for daily operations \\n·Coordinating with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery \\n·Making sure health, safety and environmental standards are followed at all times \\n·Managing resources, plant and materials to keep projects running efficiently \\n·Working closely with the business owners to deliver high-quality results that build repeat custom \\nWhat we're looking for: \\n·Previous experience as a Surfacing Ganger (or similar role) \\n·Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct teams on site \\n·NVQ qualification in road surfacing (or working towards it) – highly desirable \\n·A hands-on, adaptable attitude suited to a smaller business environment \\n·Good understanding of health, safety and environmental compliance \\nWhat's in it for you: \\n·Salary up to £50,000 depending on experience \\n·Work with a supportive family-run business where your efforts are truly valued \\n·The chance to be involved in a wide variety of local projects \\n·Career development opportunities as the business continues to grow \\n·A positive, team-focused culture where you'll have real influence on outcomes \\nIf you're an experienced Surfacing Ganger ready to step into a role where your contribution makes a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
