Sub-Agent – Gloucester

About the Role:

We are recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client for a Sub-Agent position on a major highways infrastructure project located in Gloucester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team with an exciting programme of works ahead of them.

Key Responsibilities:

·Primarily office based on site, overseeing daily site operations and ensuring program targets are met.
·Supervise and support engineering teams and subcontractors
·Coordinate temporary works and manage site documentation
·Collaborate with project managers and commercial teams to drive efficient delivery
·Support planning meetings and contribute to progress reporting

Requirements:

·HND or Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
·Proven experience with structural works within civil engineering projects
·Excellent communication, coordination, and decision-making skills

Desirable Certifications:

·Temporary Works Coordinator Ticket
·AP Lifting Ticket
