What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supervising a team of metering operatives, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on all works.
  • Taking responsibility for on-site H&S compliance, audits, and equipment checks.
  • Signing off permits, verifying training and certifications, and maintaining site readiness.
  • Mentoring and supporting operatives to improve performance and develop their skills.
  • Managing daily schedules, resources, and workloads effectively.
  • Acting as the point of contact for customer queries and resolving issues professionally.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Plumbing background with relevant trade qualifications.
  • Experience leading teams or mentoring colleagues on site.

  • Water hygiene certificate (desirable but not essential).
  • Full UK driving licence.
