What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supervising a team of metering operatives, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on all works.
- Taking responsibility for on-site H&S compliance, audits, and equipment checks.
- Signing off permits, verifying training and certifications, and maintaining site readiness.
- Mentoring and supporting operatives to improve performance and develop their skills.
- Managing daily schedules, resources, and workloads effectively.
- Acting as the point of contact for customer queries and resolving issues professionally.
What We’re Looking For:
