You\’ll be joining a well-established team that supports a wide range of public and private sector clients, including major developers, investment institutions, and local authorities. Responsibilities
- Deliver expert planning advice and manage a broad range of projects, from commercial and urban housing to retail and leisure developments.
- Lead on elements of project delivery, prepare and submit planning applications and appeals.
- Undertake site appraisals, contribute to planning strategies and local plan representations.

About You
- RTPI-accredited planning degree and ideally a Master’s degree in a related field.
- Chartered Member of the RTPI (MRTPI).
- Proven experience in a planning consultancy, local authority, or developer environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident in managing multiple projects, client relationships, and working both independently and as part of a team.
