Location: West London – 3 days in the office, 2 days home working.
Role Details:
My client is an M&E subcontractor supporting a wide variety of projects across London looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support major works they are supporting in West London.
For this role you will have complete commercial responsibility for the project, delivering the project from start to final account. You will be working on NEC4 Option C contract in full, preparing, submitting, and agreeing compensation event quotations with the Project QS to manage target cost. You will also oversee change management and ensure all variations are properly documented.
You will be working on commercials for Mechanical, Electrical, Fire & Comms systems and will require prior experience working on both MEP works and from a subcontractor background.
Essential:
·Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience supporting MEP railway subcontractors.
·Previously worked on NEC3/4 or NR Contracts.
