Essential Requirements:
- 6 years minimum of QS experience within main contractor or subcontractor environments.
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a relevant discipline.
- Demonstrable civil engineering project background (minor or major civils).
- Strong understanding of NEC contracts through direct project experience.
- Change management experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English (client-facing reporting is a core part of the role).
- A proactive and detail-focused mindset with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
