• 6 years minimum of QS experience within main contractor or subcontractor environments.
• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a relevant discipline.
• Demonstrable civil engineering project background (minor or major civils)
• Strong understanding of NEC contracts through direct project experience.
• Change management experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English (client-facing reporting is a core part of the role)
• A proactive and detail-focused mindset with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• The selection process includes two interview stages; a face-to-face interview will be involved as a part of the process.
