This consultancy is trusted to take on senior commercial and change roles on some of the UK’s most significant infrastructure projects, often playing a pivotal part in whether schemes succeed financially. Their work spans dispute resolution, compensation claims, and complex change management under NEC contracts. Essential Requirements: – 6 years minimum of QS experience within main contractor or subcontractor environments. – Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a relevant discipline. – Demonstrable civil engineering project background (minor or major civils) – Strong understanding of NEC contracts through direct project experience. – Change management experience. – Excellent written and spoken English (client-facing reporting is a core part of the role) – A proactive and detail-focused mindset with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
