Senior Planning Policy Officer Midlands £45-50 per hour guide Initial 3 Month Contract – However it is expected for this role to extend for up to 12 months. Job Ref – 61013 Carrington West is pleased to be supporting a Local Authority in the Midlands with the appointment of an experienced Senior Planning Policy Officer on an interim basis. A full JD can be provided however my client has highlighted two important sectors from it that would be beneficial of candidates had experience of: ·Providing guidance and support for communities considering or preparing neighbourhood plans. ·Maintain databases and monitoring systems. Analysing evidence and drawing out trends, patterns and characteristics for both the unitary area as a whole and specified places in need of policy development. To be eligible to apply for this role, you need to be an experience Town Planner, with experience in a Planning Policy department within a Local Planning Authority.
