You will join an Essex-based Local Authority as an experienced Senior or Principal Town Planner, working within the Planning Policy Team. The hiring manager is looking for someone who can hit the ground running, taking ownership of work focused on community planning processes, particularly Assets of Community Value (ACVs) and Neighbourhood Planning.
To succeed in this role, you will have a strong background in community planning processes, which is a core requirement. This position offers hybrid working, with office presence required approximately once a fortnight.
