Carrington West is seeking a Principal Planning Officer for a 6-month contract to manage two live Planning Performance Agreement (PPA) projects based in the East Midlands. The role offers a mainly remote working arrangement, with pay rate negotiable depending on experience, and a guideline rate of £65-70 per hour.
The ideal candidate will need experience within a Local Authority Development Management team and proven capability in managing PPA schemes and major planning applications. Significant knowledge of UK planning legislation is also required.
