What You\’ll Be Doing:
·Lead and uphold engineering standards across critical mechanical systems
·Champion safety throughout all phases of project delivery
·Create and review technical documentation including calculations, 2D/3D models, and reports
·Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and ensure successful task delivery within project teams
What We\’re Looking For:
·A Degree or HND/HNC in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline)
·Proven experience delivering within multi-disciplinary teams on regulated or high-integrity projects
·Strong communication and leadership skills with a passion for mentoring
·Background in Nuclear, Defence, or similarly complex engineering environments
