Are you a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer ready to take ownership of exciting healthcare and defence projects? A leading building services consultancy is looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join their office-based team in Woking. You\\\’ll design, lead, and deliver complex mechanical services across high-profile projects, working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams from survey through to handover.

Key Responsibilities
- Design HVAC, hot and cold water, and drainage systems
- Lead client and design team meetings
- Review IES thermal models and produce accurate specifications
- Carry out site surveys, CAPEX reports, and asset appraisals
- Support feasibility studies, budgeting, Part L and BREEAM inputs
What They\\\’re Looking For
- HNC/HND or degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering
- Building services design experience with knowledge of UK regulations, British Standards, HTMs, and HBNs
- Experience in healthcare projects highly advantageous
- Proficient in IES with strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence and ability to travel nationwide
