A leading building services consultancy is looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join their office-based team in Woking. You\’ll design, lead, and deliver complex mechanical services across high-profile projects, working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams from survey through to handover. Why Join This Team? ·Salary £45,000 to £65,000 depending on experience ·Strong project pipeline in healthcare and defence sectors ·Office-based collaboration with regular client interaction and site visits ·Private healthcare, pension contributions, and 20 days holiday plus bank holidays Key Responsibilities ·Design HVAC, hot and cold water, and drainage systems ·Lead client and design team meetings ·Review IES thermal models and produce accurate specifications ·Carry out site surveys, CAPEX reports, and asset appraisals ·Support feasibility studies, budgeting, Part L and BREEAM inputs What They\’re Looking For ·HNC/HND or degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering ·Building services design experience with knowledge of UK regulations, British Standards, HTMs, and HBNs ·Experience in healthcare projects highly advantageous ·Proficient in IES with strong problem-solving and communication skills ·Full UK driving licence and ability to travel nationwide Apply today to join a team where technical excellence and client trust go hand in hand.
