An experienced Senior Engineer is required to support the delivery of highways and transport infrastructure projects across a varied programme of urban improvement schemes. Working within a multi-disciplinary design team, you will manage projects from feasibility through to construction, delivering schemes valued up to 5m.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver highways and infrastructure schemes across the full project lifecycle
  • Produce detailed highways and drainage designs using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  • Prepare technical drawings, construction details, and project documentation
  • Apply DMRB, MfS2, LTN guidance, TSM, and CDM 2015 standards
  • Support programme management, budgets, procurement, and contractor coordination
  • Undertake site inspections, supervision, and technical issue resolution
  • Monitor project progress, costs, and delivery milestones
  • Engage with stakeholders, funding bodies, and internal teams
  • Support public consultation and collaborative project delivery
  • Provide technical guidance to junior staff and wider project teams
