Job Description
Are you keen to be part of some of the high profile and challenging projects across the UK and beyond? \\n \\nAs a Senior Building Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering first-class service to our clients across multiple sectors, including retail, healthcare, energy, commercial, education, and the public sector. \\n\\nKey Responsibilities \\n \\n·Lead on a range of refurbishment, modernisation, and improvement projects across multiple sectors.
\\n·Carry out feasibility studies, prepare technical specifications, secure statutory consents, and oversee contract administration. \\n·Apply and interpret building contracts (JCT, NEC, etc.) effectively within projects. \\n·Deliver professional building surveying services, including dilapidations, party wall matters, fire safety assessments, and access audits.
\\n·Ensure quality, safety, and environmental considerations are embedded into project delivery. \\n·Provide guidance and mentorship to Assistant and Graduate Building Surveyors, including APC support. \\n \\nWhat We're Looking For \\n \\n·MRICS/Chartered Surveyor status (essential or close to completion).
