Carrington West are assisting their local authority client based in The Midlands in the search for a CIL & Section 106 Team Leader to join their Town Planning Department on an initial 6-month contract.
The successful candidate will manage the work of the CIL & Section 106 team and will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective service. The role will require the ongoing management and delivery of the infrastructure related funds. Specifically, take responsibility for the ongoing management of CIL / S106 agreements, ensuring infrastructure funding is accurately recorded and managed to support growth across the authority.
