Carrington West is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Manager (CEM) for rail civils delivery at Heaton Mersey Depot, Manchester. This hybrid role on a 6-month contract offers technical leadership, engineering assurance, and close collaboration with contractors, designers, and project teams to ensure safe, compliant delivery of civils works.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Civil Engineering degree (MEng preferred)
- 5+ years in the rail industry
- ~8 years in civils design and delivery
