Carrington West is assisting a Midlands local authority client in finding a Development Management Planning Team Leader for an initial 6-month contract (with rolling).
The post-holder will line-manage a small team and have delegated authority for planning decisions, while driving service improvements alongside the Development Manager and Head of Service.
Ideally, candidates will have a postgraduate degree in planning, regeneration or related discipline and be eligible for RTPI membership.
