We are recruiting a Senior Transport Planning Consultant to join a supportive, collaborative and ambitious Transport & Development Planning team in Reading. While the role is advertised at Senior level, applications from Principal level candidates are welcomed.

What You'll Be Doing
- Project leadership: Take a key role in the preparation, writing, reviewing and delivery of Transport Assessments, Transport Statements, Travel Plans and other core transport planning outputs.
- Technical delivery: Support the technical delivery of development planning projects from concept through to completion.
- Client collaboration: Advise and build strong relationships with clients, planning teams and stakeholders.
- Modelling & analysis: Apply your expertise in junction modelling (Junctions 9/10), TRICS and TEMPRO to deliver sound, evidence-based transport solutions.
What You'll Bring
- A relevant degree in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of government transport policy, guidance and best practice.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and client engagement skills.
- Practical experience with Junctions 9/10, TRICS and TEMPRO.
- Experience with AutoCAD and AutoTrack is desirable.
