A global consultancy is growing its Leeds-based commercial team to support the Transpennine Route Upgrade. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading consultancy, work on landmark programmes, and develop your career in a stable, forward-looking environment.
You’ll be involved in delivering complex infrastructure projects, working closely with key clients and project teams, and playing a meaningful role in shaping outcomes from day one.
Essential
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager within infrastructure projects such as rail, highways, water, nuclear, etc.
- Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts and demonstrable experience.
Nice to have
- Experience in the rail NEC accreditation or formal NEC training
- Experience leading projects and mentoring others
- Chartered status is welcome but not required
