Project Manager Highways Location: Suffolk Salary £70,000-£80,000 Company Car/Car Allowance About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Highways infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet client specifications. You will play a key role in shaping a safe and inclusive working environment while leading teams and collaborating with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: ·Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with CDM regulations. ·Promote and embed Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (E.D.I.). ·Collaborate with designers for timely, buildable designs. ·Plan and lead workshops to optimize project delivery. ·Recruit and onboard staff as needed. ·Select and manage Supply Chain partners with the Commercial Team. ·Ensure all regulatory requirements are met before work begins. ·Oversee planning and delivery at every project phase. ·Appoint and manage Temporary Works Coordinators. ·Drive innovation in project technologies and techniques. ·Manage risk with the Risk Manager and lead cost control with the Commercial Team. ·Investigate incidents and ensure learnings are applied. ·Maintain quality standards and meet Budget, Programme, and Scope. ·Ensure adequate project resources and manage team …
