They are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager/Employer's Agent to join their thriving Major Works team in the Central South. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong and client-facing professional to play a key role in managing high-profile projects and driving business growth.
About the Role:
You will oversee multiple construction projects (mainly façade remedial works valued between £1m-£20m), ensuring successful delivery from inception to completion. Projects are primarily delivered under JCT Design & Build contracts. You will work directly with a varied client base including government departments, national developers, and freeholders, managing contract administration and acting as a trusted Employer's Agent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage several concurrent construction projects across various stages.
- Conduct technical design reviews and construction procurement.
- Administer JCT contracts and manage project change.
- Engage in client relationship management and development.
- Lead technical documentation and ensure compliance with CDM 2015 regulations.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar Project Manager / EA / CA role.
- Strong technical understanding of construction methods and terminology.
