Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 depending on experience

Carrington West are proud to be working with a successful and organically grown planning consultancy that\’s built a solid reputation delivering high-quality residential and housebuilder-led projects. Having grown to a team of four, they\’re now looking to bring in a Principal or Associate Town Planner to help shape the next stage of their growth.

What They\’re Looking For:
·Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI)
·Principal or Associate Level experience, with the confidence to mentor junior staff and play a key role in client relationships
·A track record (or clear potential) for business development – while you don\’t need to bring clients with you, you should be commercially minded
·Someone who values quality over quantity and wants to be part of a team growing in the right way
