Carrington West is looking for a Marketing Executive to support branding, content creation, events, digital marketing and internal communications across the business. This role is ideal for someone with strong creative skills, excellent organisation and experience working in a fast-paced marketing environment.
About the Role
The Marketing Executive will deliver and support day-to-day marketing activities and help drive consistent, high-quality communication across all channels. You will work closely with internal teams to plan campaigns, create engaging content, and maintain our brand's presence and relevance.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage content across blogs, press releases, case studies, email updates and internal channels.
- Plan, coordinate and support delivery of events, including logistics, venue liaison and production of marketing materials.
- Produce visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Update and maintain the company website, job boards and internal communications platforms.
- Assist with cross-channel marketing campaigns, from planning through to reporting.
- Coordinate weekly internal newsletters and update SharePoint marketing resources.
- Support employer branding projects in collaboration with HR and the Marketing Director.
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong writing and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (or tools such as Canva).
- Experience with CMS platforms and understanding of basic SEO.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
- Strong accuracy, creativity and a proactive approach.
