Our client, a leading engineering and construction business, is seeking an experienced Freelance Planner to join their team and contribute to a high-profile project based in Oxford. This project will play a key role in their ongoing portfolio, and they are looking for a skilled planner to support the team for a 6-month contract.
Job Overview:
As a Freelance Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of this project by developing and maintaining accurate project schedules. You will work closely with the project management and engineering teams to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and with a high level of efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and key stakeholders to define project milestones and align the schedule with project goals.
- Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to the management team, highlighting any potential delays or issues.
- Identify any risks to the project timeline and work with the team to develop strategies for mitigation.

Required Skills & Experience:
