As a specialist recruiter within the highways and infrastructure sector, I am currently working with a well-established highways contractor who is looking to strengthen their delivery team with an experienced Highways Supervisor for a continuous run of works and contract.
The Role
- Supporting multiple ECI highways projects on a minimum 3-month contract
- Predominantly daytime, office-based role with site visits as required
- Providing on-site and remote support to site teams during early works and mobilisation
- Assisting with planning, coordination and implementation of highways construction activities
- Ensuring works are carried out in line with health & safety, quality and programme requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience supervising highways works
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- CSCS Gold, Black or Academic card
- Strong understanding of highways construction processes and site operations
Desirable (but not essential)
- Temporary Works Supervisor / Coordinator
- LANTRA or LAP qualification
- First Aid at Work
