Parking Appeals and Representations Officer
Location: London

Salary: £23 – £25 per hour

Contract: 6‐month contract minimum, extension likely

Are you a Parking Appeals Officer currently looking for a new challenge? An opportunity has arisen for a Parking Appeals Officer to join a client in South London. This is a full‐time contract offered on an on‐going basis, initially for 6 months. Flexible working arrangements are available.

Duties & Responsibilities

Specifically, will be required to prepare, process, summarise Environment and Traffic Adjudicators (ETA) cases/packs and submit.

Responding to and compiling ETA case packs for Formal Correspondence for MTC and Bus Lane PCNs.

Responding to and compiling ETA case packs for Formal Correspondence CEO issued PCNs.

Maintain an awareness of adjudication decisions, provide feedback on any decisions that may have an impact on the enforcement system to a senior manager, and make recommendations regarding such decisions as necessary.

Provide expert guidance and advice on all aspects of appeals, both within and outside the establishment.

Ability to respond to all informal and formal/Notice of Rejection representations received in relation to Penalty Charges and Civil Penalty Notices issued and within the time constraints laid down by policy and legislation.

About You
Previous experience in Parking Representations and Appeals is essential for this role.
