We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Agent with a strong background in bridges and structures to join one of our top clients on a major highways project. The Role
As the Site Agent, you will take overall responsibility for the delivery of the bridges and structures elements of your section of the project. You will manage all aspects of site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards. You will lead the team on site, coordinating subcontractors, resources, and technical activities to ensure successful delivery of bridges, retaining walls, and associated structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Leadership: Take full ownership of site activities, leading your team and ensuring all bridges and structures works are executed safely and efficiently.
- Project & Technical Management: Oversee all bridges and structures works to ensure compliance with design specifications, industry standards, and contractual obligations.
