We are seeking experienced Civil and Structural Design Engineers for transmission substation projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Production of calculations, reports and construction-ready documentation
  • Development of FEED and detailed design packages
  • Coordination with multidisciplinary engineering teams
  • Support design delivery through tender and construction stages

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Detailed design experience gained with a UK Transmission Owner or UK contractor
  • Experience working on transmission voltage substations (132kV-400kV)
  • Strong understanding of UK design standards, Eurocodes and industry specifications
  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams

Contract Details: Initial 6-month contract, Inside IR35.
