What you'll be doing:

  • Install, Service & Commission: Be at the forefront of installing and maintaining cutting-edge water treatment equipment. Your work will ensure high-quality installations that keep the industry moving forward.
  • Safety First: Tackle the challenges of working in confined spaces and at heights, all while upholding the highest safety standards to protect both yourself and your team.
  • Problem-Solving: You'll take full ownership of your tasks, ensuring problems are solved swiftly and efficiently to keep the site running smoothly.
  • Continuous Improvement: Help us get better every day! Contribute to the development of new processes and strong client relationships.

About You:

  • You have solid mechanical fitting skills or hands-on engineering experience. (Experience within the water industry is not essential).
  • Health and safety aren't just buzzwords for you - you know their importance in keeping everyone safe.
  • You thrive in team environments and communicate effectively.
  • You're flexible, proactive, and ready to hit the road for work, staying away from home up to 4 nights a week.
  • You have a positive, reliable attitude and a commitment to personal growth and development.
  • You're comfortable using basic computer programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and hold a full UK driving licence.

Desirable (training provided):

  • NVQ Level 2, CSCS/CPCS, PASMA, IPAF, Confined Space, SSSTS, First Aid, Plant Operation, and more.
