My client are an energetic engineering consultancy who provide services to the construction industry, developers and local authorities. They undertake a wide variety of work including drainage design, highway and external works design, structural design, structural surveys, flood risk assessments and hydraulic modelling. They are currently looking to recruit a Senior Civil Engineer to join their team, based in the Newcastle office. Experience within the house building sector, commercial experience welcomed. ·Ability to identify site constraints, design of public highways, drainage systems and utilities. ·A solid understanding and experience in the delivery or all infrastructure aspects of projects from both a technical approval and client viewpoint. ·Excellent report writing, communication and numerical skills required. ·Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civils 3D and Micro Drainage along with good working knowledge of SUDs.
