Key Responsibilities
- Ability to utilise a works management system to plan and schedule maintenance works to multiple repair teams taking into account a number of variables and hazards.
- Assist in ensuring that key business targets and Key Performance Indicators are achieved and wherever possible exceeded with the ability to speak up when potential barriers to achieving performance standards are identified.
- Promote a culture of integration, best practice and continual business improvement.
- Ensure works comply with specification.
Essential Requirements
- Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS).
- Traffic Management – 12D M7 (Lantra).
- Competent IT user, including MS Office.
