Looking for an opportunity where you can take ownership of the commercial delivery of complex mechanical and electrical rail projects? This is an opportunity for an MEP Quantity Surveyor to join a growing MEP subcontractor, supporting the commercial management of major M&E packages across infrastructure projects. You'll work closely with project and delivery teams to ensure commercial performance is maximised from procurement through to final account.

The role will suit someone with a strong M&E background who enjoys working in a collaborative project environment and is looking to develop within a long-term permanent position.

Where you will add value:

  • Managing the commercial delivery of MEP packages across infrastructure projects
  • Supporting procurement, subcontract management, and contract administration
  • Managing variations, valuations, and final accounts
  • Preparing cost reports, forecasts, and commercial reporting
  • Working closely with operational teams to maximise commercial performance
  • Supporting change management and compensation events where applicable
  • Maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships throughout project delivery

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience operating as a Quantity Surveyor on MEP or Building Services projects
  • Experience delivering mechanical and electrical packages within rail or infrastructure projects
  • Good commercial knowledge across the project lifecycle
  • NEC contract experience would be advantageous
