This is an opportunity for an experienced M&E Project Manager to join an established MEP subcontractor delivering a major project in West London. You will be responsible for managing the construction phase of mechanical and electrical installations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme, quality, and commercial objectives.
The role will focus on site delivery, coordination of installation activities, progress reporting, and quality assurance. Where you will add value:

- Managing site progress, programmes, reporting, and delivery milestones
- Working closely with the main contractor, client, consultants, and internal delivery teams
- Ensuring installations are delivered in accordance with approved designs, specifications, and project requirements
- Overseeing quality assurance, inspections, testing, commissioning activities, and handover documentation
- Managing site queries, installation challenges, and coordination issues during delivery
- Supporting commercial teams with progress updates, variations, and project controls

- Previous experience operating as an M&E Project Manager within an MEP subcontractor environment
- Strong background managing the construction delivery of mechanical and electrical installations
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and specialist installation teams on major projects
- Good understanding of M&E construction processes, testing, commissioning, and handover requirements
Why this contract stands out:

- Outside IR35 engagement
- Opportunity to work with an established MEP subcontractor on a major West London project
- Responsibility for delivering a complex M&E package from construction through to completion
