Job Title: Contract MEP MicroStation Technician
Location: Remote (with initial on-site setup/induction)
Contract Type: Contract - up until February with possible extensions
Rate: Circa £40 per hour (8-hour day)
We are seeking an experienced MEP MicroStation Technician to join our clients team on a contract basis. This role is crucial in addressing the clients current workload bottleneck and freeing up their design team for higher-level tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform M&E CAD work, including 2D and 3D drawings.
- Conduct calculations and lux plots.
- Work within a project-wise environment and handle BIM requirements.
- Produce detailed design work for station designs, AFA schemes, and new station builds.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) or E&P (Electrical & Power) experience.
- Proficiency in MicroStation is essential.
- Capable of working with 2D, 3D, and BIM environments.
- Experience with rail projects is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
